Company Biography

The Weissman Group was founded in 1980 by two former Vice Presidents of a Fortune 500 company. Since its inception, the Weissman Group has focused on attaining its success and establishing its reputation by providing quality human resources consulting services to meet each client's unique needs.

The Weissman Group is small. Our consultants come from a wide-range of experience and educational backgrounds. These backgrounds, combined with a wealth of practical experience, enhance our consultants' abilities to work with our clients to analyze situations and develop solutions. Regardless of the services we provide clients—general human resources, labor relations, organization design or acquisition assistance—our goal remains the same:

To assist the organization to improve its overall operational performance by working with and through the management team to identify obstacles and develop and implement solutions to overcoming those obstacles.

The Weissman Group is based in the Midwest. However, we work with organizations throughout the United States and Canada, and have worked with companies in Mexico and Europe. Just as our services cross a wide geographic area, we service a wide spectrum of industries, including retail, healthcare, forest products, food processing, automotive, construction, broadcasting, call centers and manufacturing.
